Harrison High School’s 6-foot-6 junior forward Everett Duncan is listed day-to-day with a foot injury, said Warriors boys’ basketball coach Bryan Speer.
Duncan was injured late in Harrison’s 82-64 loss to Columbus North on Saturday in the Hall of Fame Securities Classic at New Castle and did not play in the Warriors’ 70-53 loss to Mount Vernon (Fortville) later that day. Duncan is leading Harrison in scoring (22-point average) and rebounding (eight.)
The Warriors (3-4), who have lost three in a row, will play Guerin Catholic on Saturday at Indianapolis Tech.
Jared Chestnut, a 6-1 senior who has been out two weeks with a fractured vertebrae, will be sidelined another two to four weeks, Speer said. Chestnut is averaging six points and three rebounds.
