The Evansville Otters led the Frontier League in attendance average (3,200 per game). They drew 140,786 fans over 44 home dates at Bosse Field, fourth-highest in the Frontier League.
Traverse City drew the most fans, 164,915, over 52 home dates, a 3,171 average. Gateway was next, 162,572, over 51 home dates, a 3,188 average. Schaumburg was third, 150,254, over 50 home dates, a 3,005 average.
Ryan Kresky’s game-winning single in the bottom of the 10th gave Evansville a 6-5 victory over the River City Rascals at Bosse Field in the season finale for both teams on Thursday night.
The Otters finished 51-45, ending above .500 for the first time since the 2005 team wound up 52-43.
