Scot Trible, who began his career as a promotions coordinator for the Evansville Otters in 2004, has been promoted from assistant general manager to general manager of the Montgomery Biscuits, a Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Trible, an Evansville native, moved up to director of stadium operations and assistant GM of the Otters, then worked for the Modesto Nuts of the California League as Concessions Manager.
“The first minor league baseball game I ever saw was actually working as an intern,” Trible said in a statement. “From the time I saw the interaction between the fans and the organization, I knew it was something I wanted to do for my career. Eleven years later, I am grateful to (Biscuits’ owner) Sherrie Myers, (Biscuits’ president) Greg Rauch and the Biscuits organization for this opportunity.
Trible earned a degee in sports administration from Ball State University.
