- Aug. 8 (hearing): Defendant pleaded guilty to count I, count II dismissed. She’s sentenced to 1 year at the Vanderburgh County Jail with the first 58 day executed and the balance is suspended to probation. She’s ordered to have daily breath test until the defendant is admitted in the WARM Center. Once the defendant is admitted, probation will be nonreporting with the probation department to supervise.
