Senenteced to 1 year at the county jail, suspended to 1 year probation. He’s to complete 180 hours of community work program. Probation department files petition to revoke probation – he tested positive for alcohol in February 2011. Defendant ordered to complete 90 AA meetings within 90 days. Zero tolerance for any further violations. Tested positive for alcohol in June 2011.Sentenced to 30 days at Vanderburgh County Jail. Discharged from probation unsatisfactorily.
