Court withholds judgment of conviction in all three counts for 1 year and places defendant on Alcohol Abuse and Probation Services for 1 year. . Upon successful completion of AAPS, judgement of conviction shall be entered in Count 1 as a Class A Misdemeanor and Counts 2 and 3 shall be dismissed. All counts are concurrent. As a condition of said sentence the Defendant’s driver’s license is suspended for a period of 1 year with the conditions of the specialized driving privilege previously ordered.
